Terms for using the posqo software platform provided by Modulairy BV.

Welcome to posqo, a software platform provided by Modulairy BV. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

  • Service: the posqo software platform, POS features, integrations, APIs, dashboards, and all related digital services.
  • We / Us / Our: Modulairy BV.
  • User / You: the business, individual, or entity using the Service.

2. Use of the Service

  2. You are responsible for any activity carried out under your account.

4. Software & Connectivity

  1. posqo is cloud-based; stable network connectivity is required for full functionality.
  2. We do not supply hardware. Third-party devices remain the responsibility of the User.
  3. Features may be updated or modified at any time to enhance stability, performance, or security.

5. Data & Privacy

  1. We process data according to our Privacy Policy.
  2. You retain ownership of your business data.
  3. By using the Service, you grant us the right to process, store, and transmit data necessary to operate the platform.
  4. We take reasonable measures to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

  1. Certain features may require a paid subscription.
  2. Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are specified at purchase.
  3. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of access.
